Vocational Consultation services include, but are not limited to, Vocational Interviews, Vocational Testing, Vocational Assessments, Vocational Evaluations, Education/Employment/Medical Records Review & Summaries, Rehabilitation Placement Planning, Job Development, Transferable Skills Analysis, Job Analysis, Job Placement Counseling, and Job Skills Training. The Aptitude Network’s vocational evaluators are trained Master or PHD level professionals, possessing Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and Certified Vocational Evaluation Specialist (CVE) credentials.

Vocational Evaluation services are designed to help individuals explore work interests, determine aptitudes and skills, and formulate career plans. A Vocational Evaluation is an individualized, timely, and systematic process by which a person seeking employment learns to identify and develop employment goals.

A vocational assessment is used to evaluate an individual’s vocational potential. Records review includes medical history, work history, and past education. Assessments consists of a series of achievement, aptitude, tolerance, dexterity and interests tests to measure employability.

Workplace readiness training consist of taking an inventory of where the client is in the process of job seeking. After which, a plan will be created by the consultant to address areas needed to improve job seeking outcomes. Services include resume development, interview training, application assistance, etc.

Vocational case management provides individualized support to help people with disabilities successfully achieve their employment goals. We work collaboratively with the client and vocational rehabilitation counselor to monitor progress, address barriers, and connect individuals to the resources and services needed for success. Through consistent follow-up and outcome-focused coordination, we ensure each customer remains on track toward competitive, integrated employment.
